1. How do i create a Hidden Wardrobe account?

Click 'Register' at the top right of the website and follow the on screen instructions.

2. I've forgotten my password to login?

Click on the 'Sign in' button at the top right of the website and click forgotten password. Enter your email address and you will be sent your details.


1. Can i place an order over the telephone?

Yes you can. Please call our customer care team on +447904855911 or +447961546648 or email us at for advice on how to order.

2. How will i know if i have received my order?

Once you place your order, you will get an email from us acknowledging that your order has been received. This is only confirmation that your order has been received, not that your purchase has been made. Only after your PayPal payment has been accepted, your delivery address verified and the items you've ordered are located, will your order be accepted and the purchases shipped.

3. What if an item is out of stock?

All of our items are subject to availability. If any items you order are out of stock, we will contact you at the email address you provided when placing the order. If we cannot contact you or you do not send a response to our email (, then we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. If your order is out of stock items only, then we will cancel the order completely and notify you by email. We will not supply a substitute product without your authority. We will try and take any out of stock items off the website at the earliest opportunity to avoid this.

4. Can i add items to an existing order?

It is not always possible, but you can place a new order for any additional items and contact us by email requesting your orders to be combined and shipped together. Please be aware that this won't always be possible is your first order has already been processed and shipped so try and contact us as soon as possible so we can amend your orders.

5. Can you provide me with a VAT receipt?

Yes we can. Contact us via email on to request a VAT receipt for your order.

6. What if i notice that my personal or delivery details are incorrect after i've already placed an order?

If you do realise that you've entered any incorrect details regarding your order and its already been processed, then please email our customer care team at, ensuring that you include your order number. Please note, we can not guarantee that we will always be able to rectify the issue, but we will do all we can to amend your order.

7. Can i buy gift vouchers online?

Yes, please contact our customer care team via email on for this to be arranged as it can not be done directly through our website.


1. Can i change my shipping address once the order has already been dispatched?

No, unfortunately once your order is dispatched, it is too late to redirect it to a different address. To avoid this please provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.

2. Will i have to sign for my package?

Yes, we require a signature for proof of delivery on all orders.

3. What if i am out when my order is delivered?

If you are not in when Royal Mail tries to deliver your order then they will post a card confirming the attempted delivery and take the package back to allocated post office. Follow the instructions on the card to pick up your the item.


1. How do i receive a refund and will i be refunded for the full value of my order?

Unsuitable or damaged goods may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of the dispatch date. Sale items must be returned within 7 days and we do not accept cancellation or returns on pierced earrings. You MUST notify us via email within 48 hours of receiving your order before you return any items. The products must be returned in unused, unworn and new condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. Please view our full Terms and Conditions on the return and cancellation of items.

2. When will i receive my refund for the returned item?

Refunds are processed on the day they are recieved and will be refunded back into your PayPal account. This is subject to the refunds policy. As long as the items we receive are in an acceptable unused condition then we will refund the full value of your order including postage and return postage costs.

3. Can i return gift certificates?

Unfortunately, you cannot return gift certificates as they are valid for 1 year onwards from date of purchase and can't be refunded.

Anything you share with us will be kept 100% private and at no point will Hidden Wardrobe share, rent or sell your personal information without consent.


1. I cannot process my order?

Try by first deleting the cookies, then logging back into your account. To delete a cookie, you go to the 'Tools' tab on your internet browser, select 'Internet Options', then choose 'Delete Cookies' and press ‘OK’. Please refresh the page and try to place the order once again – when the site is experiencing high demand, orders sometimes do not get placed. If it still does not work please make a note of what happens and what messages the site gives you. It may also be necessary to try an alternative computer, tablet or mobile device to ensure it is not an internet connection problem.
